Eberspacher Ford Transit Connect

I managed to fit one under the passenger seat in my 2012 TC. This is the fold flat type seat . I have a Y piece connected to a right angled outlet hood. One feeds the van cargo area, the other goes under the floor behind the seats and emerges under the driver's seat.

My original owner's handbook has instructions how to use the controller. EDIT: Tried looking for pictures about the wiring, and here's something I found: -28935130/ the controller seems to have four wires, but unfortunately you can't see the connector from these pictures.

£32 inc vat isnt cheap for a bit of pipe and a connector though. Take a look at this link, BUTLER TECHNIK sell the eberspacher kit ( I am sure the parts will be exactly the same ) I installed it on my Mk7 Transit, very quick and easy to install. A little over half of Fords price at £18.32 !

Ford Transit fuel tank connection kit for asto or Eberspacher heaters.

Have a 2020 Transit (3.5 Echo Boot, Gas Fuel) and we are adding the fuel line for the Aux heater. I have the adaptor for the fuel line adaptor, but need to know if I have to drill the adaptor connector hole, and also if there is a fuel pickup straw in the take already or not?
